One-to-one leadership coaching

Our flagship programme pairs you with a dedicated coach for a sustained engagement — typically six to twelve months — designed to drive meaningful behavioural change and measurable performance improvement. Sessions are held fortnightly, either face-to-face or via secure video call, and last 90 minutes each.

What is included

  • Comprehensive intake assessment with 360-degree stakeholder feedback
  • Psychometric profiling (Hogan, MBTI, or Lumina Spark)
  • Bespoke coaching plan aligned to your professional and personal goals
  • Fortnightly 90-minute coaching sessions (12 to 24 sessions)
  • Between-session support via email for time-sensitive challenges
  • Mid-point and end-of-engagement progress reviews with your sponsor

Who it is for

This programme is ideal for C-suite executives, senior directors, and high-potential leaders being prepared for their next step. It works especially well for individuals navigating complex organisational change, preparing for a board appointment, or seeking to strengthen their executive presence and stakeholder influence.

Past participants report improvements in strategic thinking, emotional regulation under pressure, and the ability to have difficult conversations with greater empathy and directness. Many also find that the coaching relationship provides a rare space for honest reflection — something that becomes increasingly scarce the higher you rise in an organisation.

Team alignment and effectiveness workshops

Even the most talented individuals can underperform when team dynamics are dysfunctional. Our facilitated workshops bring leadership teams together for intensive, structured sessions that surface unspoken tensions, clarify shared priorities, and establish new norms for collaboration and accountability.

What is included

  • Pre-workshop diagnostic interviews with each team member
  • Full-day or two-day facilitated workshop (on-site or off-site)
  • Team-level psychometric or behavioural assessment (e.g. Team Management Profile)
  • Action plan with clear commitments, owners, and deadlines
  • Follow-up session 60 days after the workshop to review progress

Who it is for

This service is designed for newly formed leadership teams, teams going through restructuring, or any senior group that recognises it is not operating at its full potential. We have delivered workshops for executive committees, divisional leadership teams, and cross-functional programme boards across sectors including financial services, technology, healthcare, and the public sector.

Participants frequently tell us that the workshop was the first time they had a genuinely candid conversation about what was and was not working. That honesty, facilitated in a safe and structured environment, becomes the foundation for dramatically improved collaboration in the months that follow.

Transition and onboarding coaching

Research consistently shows that a significant proportion of externally hired executives fail within their first 18 months. Our transition coaching programme dramatically reduces that risk by providing structured support during the critical early phase of a new role.

What is included

  • Pre-start strategy session to clarify your first 90-day priorities
  • Stakeholder mapping and relationship-building plan
  • Six fortnightly coaching sessions focused on integration and early wins
  • Cultural navigation guidance tailored to your new organisation
  • Optional 360-degree feedback at the 90-day mark

Who it is for

This programme is perfect for executives who have just been appointed to a new role — whether through external recruitment, internal promotion, or a lateral move into a different function or geography. It is equally valuable for leaders returning from an extended career break who want to re-enter the workplace with confidence and a clear strategy.

Our coaches help you decode the unwritten rules of your new environment, identify the key relationships you need to build quickly, and avoid the common traps that derail even experienced leaders during transitions. The result is a faster path to credibility, influence, and measurable contribution in your new position.

How we work

Every coaching engagement follows a proven four-stage process that ensures rigour, relevance, and results.

Discovery

We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your context, aspirations, and the specific challenges you face. This includes stakeholder interviews and, where appropriate, psychometric profiling to build a rich picture of your leadership style and development opportunities.

Design

Based on the discovery phase, we co-create a tailored coaching plan with clear goals, success measures, and a realistic timeline. This plan is shared with your organisational sponsor (with your consent) to ensure alignment and support from the wider business.

Deliver

The core coaching sessions take place over the agreed period. Each session blends reflective dialogue, practical experimentation, and real-time problem-solving. We hold you accountable to the commitments you make and challenge you to push beyond your comfort zone.

Evaluate

At the conclusion of the engagement, we conduct a formal review — often including a repeat 360-degree assessment — to measure progress against the original goals. We also identify strategies for sustaining your growth long after the coaching relationship ends.

Tailored to your needs and budget

We recognise that every leader and every organisation is different. That is why we do not publish fixed prices. Instead, we offer a complimentary chemistry session — a 30-minute conversation with no obligation — so we can understand your situation, recommend the right programme, and provide a transparent fee proposal tailored to the scope of work involved. Most engagements range from focused three-month sprints to comprehensive twelve-month partnerships.
